Promotion Overview:
This sales promotion allows customers to receive 50% off a second suit when they purchase one suit at full price. The item of equal or lesser value will receive the 50% discount.
Eligibility:
This offer is valid only on eligible, full-priced merchandise. Clearance, sale, or previously discounted items are excluded unless specifically stated. The promotion applies to items purchased within a single transaction only. Offer valid in-store (or online, if applicable) during the specified promotional period.
How the Discount is Applied:
Customers must purchase at least two eligible items. The item with the lower price will receive the 50% discount. For every two qualifying items, one (equal or lower-priced) will be discounted.
Example: If a customer buys a $100 item and a $60 item, the $60 item will be discounted to $30. If multiple items are purchased, the discount will be applied in pairs, from highest to lowest price. Example: With four items at $120, $100, $80, and $60 — the $80 and $60 items would each receive the 50% discount.
Exclusions & Limitations:
Not valid for special orders, or custom items. This promotion cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, coupons, or discounts unless specifically permitted. No price adjustments on prior purchases. Returns will be processed in accordance with the return policy.
Promotion Period:
The promotion is valid only during the advertised promotional dates. No exceptions will be made before or after the promotional period ends.

We are happy to accept returns in accordance with our standard return guidelines. However, purchases made with a "Buy One Suit, Get the Second Suit 50% Off" promotion are subject to the following promotional return terms.
General Policy:
Both items from the promotional purchase must be returned together to receive a full refund. If only one of the items is returned, the promotional pricing will be void and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
Partial Returns:
If the full-priced item is returned and the discounted item is kept The 50% discount will be removed, and the refund will reflect the full price of the returned item minus the discount that was applied to the second item.
Example: If you purchased a $100 item and a $60 item (discounted to $30), and return the $100 item, your refund will be $70 ($100 - $30 discount retained on the item you kept).If the discounted item is returned and the full-priced item is kept. The return will be processed for the amount actually paid for the discounted item.
Example: If you return the $60 item that was discounted to $30, you will receive a $30 refund.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are permitted in accordance with our standard exchange policy. If exchanging only one of the items, the value of the exchange will reflect the amount actually paid for that item. If both items are exchanged, promotional pricing will carry over to the new items if they are of equal or lesser value and still eligible for the promotion.
Additional Conditions:
Items must be returned in new, unused condition with original tags and receipt of purchase. All returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. Philip Michael Fashion for Men reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the above policy or to adjust the refund amount to reflect any changes to the promotional pricing.
