* Due to the global increase in shipping costs we have increased our flat rate small order charge to $14.95.  As always, we offer free shipping for all orders over $100.  We thank you for your continued patronage with Philip Michael Fashion for Men and look forward to providing for all your fashion needs!

Domestic Shipping

•  Philip Michael Fashion for Men does not ship to PO/APO/FPO box addresses

 

•  Philip Michael Fashion for Men ships merchandise via UPS ground shipping, to locations within the continental United States.  Hawaii and Alaska shipping are available upon request.

 

•  Philip Michael Fashion for Men offers free ground shipping within the continental United States for all in stock merchandise orders over $100, tax is not included.  For other shipping options please contact us by email at [email protected] or call our office at 757-226-9836.

 

•  All orders over $150 must have matching billing and shipping information, unless prior approval is given.

 

•  Philip Michael Fashion for Men reserves the right to refuse any order, when the shipping address does not match the billing address.

 

•  All orders received after 5:00 P.M. EST will be considered next days business. After the processing of your order, all in stock items will be shipped within 1-3 business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. All in stock orders once shipped via UPS ground usually arrive within 2-5 business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.

 

•  If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided any and all delivery correction fees will be charged to the customers billing account.

 

•  The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

 

•  Philip Michael Fashion for Men will not be held liable if a carrier leaves a package unattended at the shipping address. If a carrier makes multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts or if delivery is not possible as the result of an incomplete/incorrect shipping address and the package is returned to us, a recharge for shipment must be made before any items are resent to the customer. If an item/s ship and are not received, Philip Michael Fashion For Men are not liable, if the carrier can provide delivery confirmation.

 

International Shipping
* At this time Philip Michael Fashion for Men does not ship Internationally

•  Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

 

•  Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Philip Michael Fashion for Men is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
