* Due to the global increase in shipping costs we have increased our flat rate small order charge to $14.95. As always, we offer free shipping for all orders over $100. Philip Michael Fashion for Men offers free ground shipping within the continental United States for all in stock merchandise orders over $100, tax is not included. For other shipping options please contact us by email at [email protected] or call our office at 757-226-9836. Philip Michael Fashion for Men reserves the right to refuse any order, when the shipping address does not match the billing address. All orders over $150 must have matching shipping and billing information, unless prior approval is given. If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided any and all delivery correction fees will be charged to the customers billing account. At this time, Philip Michael Fashion for Men ships merchandise via UPS ground shipping, to locations within the continental United States. Hawaii and Alaska shipping available upon request. WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO/APO/FPO BOX ADDRESSES. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. All orders received after 5:00 P.M. EST will be considered next days business. After the processing of your order, all in stock items will be shipped within 3 business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. All in stock orders once shipped via UPS ground usually arrive within 2-5 business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. Philip Michael Fashion for Men will not be held liable if a carrier leaves a package unattended at the shipping address. If a carrier makes multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts or if delivery is not possible as the result of an incomplete/incorrect shipping address and the package is returned to us, a recharge for shipment must be made before any items are resent to the customer. If an item/s ship and are not received, Philip Michael Fashion For Men are not liable, if the carrier can provide delivery confirmation.

International

Promotion Policy: Buy One Suit, Get the Second Suit 50% Off

Promotion Overview

This sales promotion allows customers to receive 50% off a second suit when they purchase one suit at full price. The item of equal or lesser value will receive the 50% discount. Eligibility: This offer is valid only on eligible, full-priced merchandise. Clearance, sale, or previously discounted items are excluded unless specifically stated. The promotion applies to items purchased within a single transaction only. Offer valid in-store (or online, if applicable) during the specified promotional period. How the Discount is Applied: Customers must purchase at least two eligible items. The item with the lower price will receive the 50% discount. For every two qualifying items, one (equal or lower-priced) will be discounted. Example: If a customer buys a $100 item and a $60 item, the $60 item will be discounted to $30. If multiple items are purchased, the discount will be applied in pairs, from highest to lowest price. Example: With four items at $120, $100, $80, and $60 — the $80 and $60 items would each receive the 50% discount. Exclusions & Limitations: Not valid for special orders, or custom items. Promotion Return Policy: Buy One Suit, Get the Second Suit 50% Off

We are happy to accept returns in accordance with our standard return guidelines. However, purchases made with a "Buy One Suit, Get the Second Suit 50% Off" promotion are subject to the following promotional return terms: General Policy: Both items from the promotional purchase must be returned together to receive a full refund. If only one of the items is returned, the promotional pricing will be void and the refund will be adjusted accordingly. Partial Returns: If the full-priced item is returned and the discounted item is kept The 50% discount will be removed, and the refund will reflect the full price of the returned item minus the discount that was applied to the second item. Example: If you purchased a $100 item and a $60 item (discounted to $30), and return the $100 item, your refund will be $70 ($100 - $30 discount retained on the item you kept).If the discounted item is returned and the full-priced item is kept. The return will be processed for the amount actually paid for the discounted item. Example: If you return the $60 item that was discounted to $30, you will receive a $30 refund. Exchanges: Exchanges are permitted in accordance with our standard exchange policy. If exchanging only one of the items, the value of the exchange will reflect the amount actually paid for that item. If both items are exchanged, promotional pricing will carry over to the new items if they are of equal or lesser value and still eligible for the promotion. Additional Conditions: Items must be returned in new, unused condition with original tags and receipt of purchase. All returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. Extended Holiday Return Policy

Our return policy time frames have been extended for purchases made between November 28, 2025 and December 31, 2025. Those purchases may be returned by either January 15, 2025 or the last date allowed under the standard return policy.

Standard Return Policy

Philip Michael Fashion For Men wants to ensure the satisfaction of our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may make a return within 30 days of the original purchase date. All items returned must be in unworn, unused and unaltered condition and in its original packaging with all tags, in order for the purchase price to be refunded. All shipping and handling charges are non refundable. Special order items are non refundable. Item returns that qualified for free shipping, will have our shipping charge deducted from the refund amount. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. All merchandise must be returned with a copy of the invoice/packing slip. All refunds will be made in the original form of payment. All credit card refunds will be made to the purchasing card only.
